Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

I have to give a low rating for the service here. It's strange to mention, but it seems the staff genuinely struggles with putting lids on their cups correctly. I ordered three drinks, and two of them had lids that weren't secured all the way. As a former food and beverage manager, I observed the staff handing out drinks for a while, and I noticed that about half of them had improperly fitted lids. I'm just glad these employees never worked for me at Starbucks; it would have resulted in daily lawsuits!

The food is decent, but the drive-thru customer service is terrible. Why have two lanes open during the lunch rush if the older blonde woman won't take your order? When you pull up to her, it feels like she wants you to wait for the other line to move before she takes your order in her lane. This kind of approach is counterproductive. I've placed my order before, and she simply says "okay" without entering it into her iPad until she sees the other line advancing. This is clearly not an effective way to run a business, as waiting over 20 minutes is unacceptable. Moreover, she really needs to improve her attitude—or find a different role if she doesn't like interacting with customers. Honestly, I'd rather drive out of my way to the Atlantic location just to avoid this kind of service and long wait times.

The service here is consistently quick and friendly, even during the busy lunch rush. They really know what they're doing!

It would be very difficult to evaluate any Chik fil A restaurant with a poor rating. The food is hot. You know the flavor profiles of the menu. The quality of the service is always expected to be friendly and they deliver. It's just not fair, I tell you. That the other chain restaurants have to try to live up the Chik FIL A's standards. Lol It's so unfortunate that they don't at least try. Keep up the great work CFA. You are industry leader.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A to go to... fast, friendly and super clean. Keep up the great service!!
