Chelsea's Grille - Jacksonville

Beautiful small restaurant in the suits of the botschaft. Unfortunately at the moment they have a very limited menu due to limited staff who had to eat but was good. chris was my server and he was great, super friendly and attentive

Bartender seemed to be there and at any time you asked a question, he didn't know the answer and was not willing to find out the answer. we asked what came on the garden salad and he reacted with everything that comes on a normal garden salad and went away. the pizza we ordered was cooked and our pommes were cold. I do not recommend this place and in the rule we like the restaurants/bars in the botschaftssuiten.

After a day of travel and simply exhausted, my partner and I decided to only leave the hotel in versus. my eating was delicious, my martini was even better, but the shade for this place is emma. she gave us several suggestions and answered also ask. her relief was also friendly. kudos!

This was a complete joke…. We understand short staffing. But to be ignored for more than 15 minutes when first sat down. Would love to ask the servers/bartenders/managers if they were out with family how they would feel with such pathetic service of disrespect. I’ll be spreading the word on this dump for sure….
