Charlie's Coffee Cones - Jacksonville

This is a great location and they have really good ice cream. I'm not sure why this place isn't packed all the time. The patio is tastefully decorated with flowers on the tables. I had a twist cone and the chocolate was one of the best I've had for soft serve . Right behind the old Viles Buick Pontiac building.

Normally very good ice cream but their peach is horrendous. Color is peachy but taste is something else.

The customer service was horrible, the man taking our order was rude and had an attitude when I asked rather they had coke or Pepsi products. The hot dog bun was hard and stale, the Pepsi tasted awful. It had been a while since I had been there and after today I won't be going back. Horrible place!! Can't do stars or I would...don't let that 1 start fool ya...

This place is a phenomenal place to go and enjoys some quality ice cream! I have never had a bad experience with the employees! I would 10/10 recommend this place for anybody seeking after high quality ice cream!

Quick service and delicious ice cream! I tried the Raspberry Dole Whip and was pleasantly surprised. So yummy!
