Captain Ds Seafood Restaurant

Last week I issued a review on how bad my experience was, at which point I received a response with a link asking to provide more information. 7 days later still more response from the store!! Now all I can say is it seems they care very little about my experience. So if I were you I'd really think twice before giving them your business as they seem to really not care what your experience is.

Just waited in line for 10+ minutes, and I was there before 7. The girl asked the old guy in front of me, if I was there before he 7. He must have said no, because when I pulled up, she told me they close at 7, even though it's listed as 9 pm. This was my first time going to Captain D's for my large family. Suggestion: maybe you should put cones up, like every other place that closes their drive thru, and then serve the people and finish out the line. Ridiculous.

It is years ago and they changed the parts of their fish fillets. everything was hot and fresh. great customer service!

It is just an average restaurant. Employee screamed at me and was very rude. However, there is relatively cheap seafood here. Food was not warm enough, so I had reheat it at home, which is very inconvenient. It tasted ok.

The woman who placed my order seemed very incompetent as to know if they had a certain item. She made the transaction and quickly walked to the back to go sit down yes a manager at that. Then some strange looking red headed gal rudely comes from the back after rubbing her nose and playing with her hair bags my food up with such arrogance and rudeness she didn't smile or look clean it's not my fault that you work at a fish shop
