Canallis Pizza - Jacksonville

The pizza here is fantastic! It has a flavor reminiscent of Papa John's, but even better. Plus, when you reheat the leftovers, the crust stays soft and doesn't get tough or chewy. Truly delicious PIZZA!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. Over the course of three years, I’ve complained twice. On one occasion, I was told to wait, and after waiting an hour and a half for my pizza, I received one without any meat, despite being assured that they did their best. I was also told that the owner made my pizza. The staff seems to lack proper customer service skills and shouldn't be interacting with customers.
