Burger King - Jacksonville

Going through is always ruin for no reason. They all seem to hate their job. Also it takes forever to get your food

I wish I could leave less than a star for this Burger King. I was literally never in the car runway, in the special restaurant where it took less than 10 minutes to get from the speaker to the window. This is the most slowest fast food place in Jacksonville! People are nice and the food tastes like any other BK, but the time it takes to get an order is ridiculous. I'll drive past this BK to find another BK

Not sure the actual opening time. Regardless of this, I waited for 10 minutes with a fully lit menu and a loudspeaker box that did not react. People who work early or late have no need for false advertising of times open. Sended directly to Sonic and served an ultimate burrito that surpassed everything on your menu. A top note Sonic served me in less than 1.5 minutes before opening.

They always fix it fresh if you ask. I paid for 4 sweet teas and got home and it was unsweetened. Accidents happen but I just emptied it in a pan, added sugar and no problem. Although I had tea at home lol I was wanting to have the drinks for my hot food. Very friendly staff (most of the time)

One of the slowest drive thru lanes I've gone through even when there are no others in line. Burgers not put together well either. Everything was falling out sauce all on one side. Just overall not a great experience any of the times I've come through. That was probably my last time which sucks bc I love a good Whopper!
