Bonchon Town Center Jacksonville

I used to have a great experience ordering from Bonchon, but lately, it seems like the quality has declined. I ordered the fried chicken for delivery last night, and half of the 10-piece box was undercooked, with pink in the middle. I'm really worried about the quality of the food being served, and I hope the location takes extra care to ensure that everything is prepared properly moving forward. I wouldn’t want anyone else to have this experience, especially considering the risk of salmonella exposure.

Usually Bonchon loves. But I think they have a new supplier or something because the chicken strips I have today are completely different than usual. Didn't like it at all, taste like normal frozen chicken strips dipped into their sauce. If that's the way they are now, I'm not coming back.

Great experience. it was our first time, we let the waiter know that and he was polite enough to help us. he recommended his favorites and told us the most popular. we tried the spicy chicken wings as well as the pigs. they were good. her soaking machine mix was out so that everything was flat. too much syrup, not enough co2, they didn't charge us for the drinks that were nice.

I took my family to this restaurant, and we absolutely loved it. The chicken was among the best I've ever had. I ordered the combo that includes wings and drumsticks. They offer two sauces, and I chose the spicy one for half and soy garlic for the other half. The flavors were fantastic. While it's not the cheapest option, it is definitely worth it.

Great fresh food with speedy service. Had it on back to back days while here for work. Bibimbap?s are fresh and tasty. Make sure to get it in the stone bowl for the full sizzling experience. Takoyaki octopus dumplings were unique and the first time I?ve had in any Asian restaurant. Next time I?ll try the Korean fried chicken for which this restaurant is known.
