Bojangles - Jacksonville

Bojangles is my favorite restaurant and I have eaten at her places for my whole life. I hate to write this review, but it must be done, less they have a terrible experience like me. I wish it would be possible to give a place less than 1 star. it seems that these Bojangles’ has made it his mission to rent the most unfriendly people in jacksonville, if not throughout the south-east. when I visited this morning, the woman who worked in the window was as if it were a last to visit g of the load. she was very unfriendly and didn't hear anything. when I waited for my lunch, she asked me if I ordered the steak biscuit (I ordered the Cajun file biscuit combo). I told her I was waiting for the chicken-cajun file biscuit. two minutes later, she asked me the same thing I said no. then she gives me my food, but no drink. If I try to get her attention, she rolls her eyes with a very sarcastic “Yes.”If I finally have the road down and the opportunity to eat. she put the steak biscuit in my pocket. I called the load and they will not issue any refund that I have to go back to this unfriendly place and deal with their terrible attitudes. avoid this place to all cost. I've taken a while and it's getting worse.

We drove through the drive drruand ordered the three pieces write-off. the offers were hot and fresh. the fries were fresh and were so the cookies. service was fast and friendly.

This was my first experience with Bojangles, and I have to admit that it leaves quite a bit to be desired. The food wasn't bad, but the service was simply took forever. It wasn't during a busy time, but the order for myself, wife, and two children took over 30 minutes to prepare. It wouldn't have been so bad had we not waited for at least 10 minutes, just to be asked to pull forward because our grilled chicken was going to take another 20. Then afterwards we found out they had forgotten part of our order. Will I try Bojangles again yes. Will I try this location again most likely no.

We love the chicken and the fries. We were a little disappointed as the fries weren’t as hot and fresh as last time. Hopefully this was a one off experience and we can get back to 5 stars next time.

They were actually open when I drove by 4/18 around 11am. They weren’t busy with only one car in front of me and two employees standing in a doorway on the side of building. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo. Easy pleasy. Got to work and it was an old steak biscuit. Even said bacon egg and cheese combo on ticket. To the owners; if these employees tell you they need more money, don’t fall for it. First, replace them with competent staff, then pay them accordingly. There’s plenty of people coming over our border who will gladly work for you. But you have to hire functioning people to begin with.
