I ordered an avocolado without a Turbinado, as Ali is running away I notice there is Turbinado in the smoothie. So I drive away and go to know my day that my order was wrong and I didn't get a receipt to make a survey. So I leave this review of a star, and hope your order is correct. Have a good day

Terrible customer service. The cashier looked at me without saying anything. So I went ahead and said what I wanted. Then he jumped on the line, made two orders for people who came after me and then me. Then he made my order wrong by adding sugar. The drink I ordered comes without sugar and it was so lumpy sweet that it was obvious. I asked him if he would drink sugar. He said no, clearly a lie. Never get back to this place.

The service was terrible. Almost 20 minutes on a smoothie. The people who command me have theirs. The cashier said I was very rude! Not attentive. Actually skipped over me and confused the other customers in the line. I also think you put your employees and customers in danger if you allow them to count their cashier on the front door. Plz revises this policy.

Love her smoothies here, NEKTER had previously tried one of the worst smoothies, Tropical smoothie more than in quality of ingredients, as well as taste/taste, price was extremely fair. 10/10 would recommend ordering again in any case!

I frequent this location at least 4x a week and smoothie quality seems to change daily. Only a few times have i had one i would label bad , mostly good. New teenage staff doesn 't have the same warmth as the originals that seem to care more about personable service. I think I 'm going to stick to only coming in on weekday mornings when my regular crew is on and leave the weekends alone. Overall a good location, can 't wait to see the newer staff grow into their roles.
