It's time for an update! Now that the coronavirus has been behind us for about two years, I'm writing this review in late September 2023. As you can see from the pictures, the interior looks much better now. Overall, things feel back to normal. They have two excellent managers: Ralph as the district manager and Mike as the general manager (you can see them at the table). Their coffee remains fantastic, and it's still a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup, especially here in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

I absolutely love the white chocolate mochas at this place! They also offer excellent salads, breakfast sandwiches, and bagels. I find myself visiting this location about three to four times a week.

I want to give a shout-out to Tae, the manager, for going above and beyond to accommodate me. I've been experiencing issues with the Neptune Beach location, so I reached out to the Jacksonville Beach location for help. Tae answered my call and was incredibly gracious, ensuring that my order was filled, my coffee was made perfectly, and that I left happy. I truly appreciate the excellent service from the Jacksonville Beach team in stepping up for Neptune Beach! Kudos to Tae, and thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!
