Overall I love the experience. My only complaint is with the phone app having auto tipping as the default. I feel like the whole tipping assumption is being pushed on the customers. Tipping was originally put in place for waiters waitresses to help offset their below minimum wage pay. But now it feels like it's being used as an employer extra benefit. I am known for big tips with the waiters waitresses, but only when they are spending 30 minutes or longer waiting on me to give a great experience. Please help me understand why the tipping is being a big part of your app?
