Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille

At first the server was very pleasant. And informative about all menu items. His suggestions were very helpful and everyone enjoyed what was selected. The atmosphere was clean and simple. You have a wonderful outdoor seating area to be still warm for me. But I would like to return and enjoy in the short cooler times.

We went on Tuesday night and sat right away. Wade was our server and he was great. Great food, wonderful ambience, every night there is a band or singer in the outdoor area. It is a great place for a date night every day of the week! We ordered the French baked scallops and the filled shrimps, they were delicious! It was my fiancée's birthday, so we got a free dessert of our choice. One of the best restaurants in St. Augustine and deserves the high praise it deserves!

Where can I start? To say that I would highly recommend this place is an understatement. From the time I went to the restaurant for my first drink to the amazing appetizer followed by perfectly presented dishes that were cooked for perfection and were extremely tasteful. What brought me above the top was my fried Oreo beignets that were amazing. Kudos to Patrick to serve us, he was also great. My whole time was about 2 hours. I never felt rushed like I never waited too long.

We came here for all the good reviews. The seats here are casual and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food concentrates on Cajun, but not really hot Cajun. We had gumbo that gets one of me, it is spice and sweet balance we are in perfect combination. I had the Sangria, which very typical of southern us sangria in contrast to the flavors of Spanish sangria various mixtures of alcohols It was refreshing and pleasant. We are gluten-free and we had the gluten-free shrimp Sampi this was ok, but they do not have gluten-free pasta so it served on rice additionally the lemon sauce, which actually makes many of their dishes special must be excluded for gluten. I feel that a few small tweaks would have made this an oasis for people with gluten problems. You have a great restaurant to keep the great service.

Loved Harry's! The food was fresh and well prepared. So many good options. The outside patio is a wonderful spot. Grouper fingers were an excellent appetizer. Also quite enjoyed the crab crusted red fish as well as the shrimp and grits. Even the iced tea was outstanding. Only had a short visit in St. Augustine but managed to eat at Harry's twice.
