Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The person who works there went in the restroom but she didn't wash her hands she did not come out of the handicap stall

Went to drive through around 8:30 p.m. Ordered Chocolate custard with caramel topping, vanilla custard with bananas, hot fudge nuts. I think the guy working the window was high. Total order was $12.86. Gave him a $20. He handed back $5.14. I looked at the change got him back to the window. I told him the change back was wrong counted for him to show he shorted me $2. He looked as if I was explaining Trigonometry. He had to get someone else to look at it then gave me the $2. Guy from the front brought the order to him he passed it out to me. No Chocolate custard with caramel, it was vanilla. I waited for the correct thing. I looked at the vanilla one could see nuts hot fudge, but wasn't sure the bananas were in it. When he handed the Chocolate one to me, I said thank you. Not a word from him. No napkins, spoons. Got home NO bananas!Management needs to tighten this ship up!

First and last time here. Hate to do this but...nope....cashier was polite but acted like she couldn 't understand anything i was saying and was like huh do we what? To everything i asked... I dont have a voice thats not understandable either. Food had that old grease flavor and was nasty half hot half cold. We did state we do not mind waiting for food. Almost put out my back walking on the floor looked like the employees were struggling too. Thank you but no thank you.

I LOVE this location and have gotten to know the employees very well as I’m always on the road out here. Dana takes the absolute best care of me every time I come. This is actually the first location I ever visited about a year ago and it’s by far the absolute best. Someone give this woman a raise!!! Thank you guys for always being so welcoming when I visit.
