Contribuiți la feedbackAt 6:50 PM, after observing several customers who arrived after me receiving their meals, I approached the front counter to ask about my order. I mentioned that I couldn't wait any longer and requested to cancel it if it wasn't ready. The employee checked with her colleagues and confirmed my food was not prepared yet. She quickly made one of my drinks and apologized, saying that the mobile order system was having issues and it would take a moment. She then called over the manager, and I informed him that I needed to cancel my order since I had to leave. He assured me that he canceled it, but I later noticed a charge of $19.53 on my bank account. I love Chick-fil-A, but this experience made me feel like my money had been taken from me, which is disheartening. It shouldn't feel like a gamble to order from them. Not long ago, I was a loyal customer, and I hope they can improve their service. I'm hoping for a refund, but if that doesn't happen, it may deter me from spending more money there in the future. I will provide an update if I receive any kind of reimbursement, even if it's just store credit.
You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! It's always a fan favorite, offering a pleasant atmosphere and a great place to enjoy a meal at any time of day.
This location's drive-thru wasn't the best experience. They don't manage the order of the cars well, so I ended up waiting in a pull-up space for quite a long time. The space was quite cramped, and I worried about getting hit by other vehicles. However, the staff were friendly, and the food was acceptable. Typically, the food is fantastic at most of their other locations that I've visited.
It is Chick-fil-A, so service was spot on but speed was an issue. Ordered in the app and I am surprised that every store we visit we must wait for a basic chicken sandwich. It is beginning to be a bother to wait on one every time. Take a listencorporate, it is not confined to a few stores. You guys have the longest wait time in drive thru in America. Time to dosomething about it.
The food is always delicious and the service is typically very quick as well but there?s one blonde girl who works in the drive thru in the mornings who never puts my sauces in, even when I ask twice to make sure she put it in and she says yeah the peopleat the window never put any sauce in because she didn?t actually put it in with my meal. Every time I order with her I ask forthe sauces and see her not put anything into her touch screen but she says everything was put in. It?s very frustrating and I?mtired of having to check my bag right away or go back around to get sauce
