Taco Bell - Jackson

Food was okay, service wasn’t the best and they did forget things in my order.

The Jackson Taco Bell is probably the worst fast-food restaurant in Jackson. Over multiple trips we've haven't had one smooth purchase. Orders are wrong food is cold. Cheese wasn't even melted on our quesadilla.

I’m not sure how they can still keep in business being as poor as they are. They can’t even get an Uber eats order right when it literally tells them everything on their screen and on a receipt. We didn’t even get the right items and even didn’t get the drinks with our combos.

This Taco Bell used to be the spot to go to but now I would rather eat dirt. I keep giving them a chance over and over and yet they continue to disappoint. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is never made correct. They barely give you the correct portions of meat or anything else. Just so many different things over time. I have not had a good experience there in at least the last year. It sucks to say but I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. I will go to the one on Williams St in … – show

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. They turned all the lights off 2 hours before the closing time that’s shown online and when I went to the drive-thru I asked if they were still open and the kid said “No but I wish. I really wanna be anywhere else.”. We took that as a hint not to order and left. Wife went back 3 days later and 2 of her 3 items were missing when she arrived home. Just go to one of the 2 Taco Bells in Cape Girardeau instead.
