Raley's - Jackson

Store groceries are alright but their pharmacy is the absolutely horrible. I had a problem a year ago and gave them another chance again and again. Now they lied to me. Yes, LIED. Went to get my new prescription and told me my doctor canceled it because my insurance didn't cover it. I no longer go there and YES my insurance covered it and my doctor DID NOT cancel it.

Definitely the nicest supermarket in Amador County and my go-to. Friendly and professional staff, very well organized, not super crowded, decent prices, good selection of food and wine, items are pretty easy to find, and produce section is nicely done.

While I shop here regularly because it is on my way home from work, the overall shopping experience has gone downhill in the last few years. Most of the long term staff is really kind and helpful, but the newer staff is rude and inattentive at times. I'll still shop here, but I hope the new year brings improved service.

Very clean friendly store. Fair prices with very diverse wide selection. Able to find long desired shopping list items not available at large grocery chain stores in Phoenix. Stocked up to take home! Thank you!

I just want to say Tracey is produce is one of my favorites! She is always happy to see us and chats with us about what's on sale and looking good. We love when she's working and always feel great after chatting with her! Also Nina and Elias up front, they are always so friendly and happy to see us. I always get help to my car with my toddler and it is super appreciated. We choose Raley's over all the other places to shop in Jackson because of the friendly and helpful people!
