So, in some respects, they benefit from having a clientele that doesn 't have a whole lot of other options. But they don 't take unfair advantage of this position.<br/ <br/ DO NOT try to come to this place between the lunch and dinner times. The selection is very limited. I cam by there at 2pm one day and the place had been very nearly picked clean.<br/ <br/ That being said, the food that was still available was tasty, and served quickly, even though mine had to be made to order rather than simply spooned out of the buffet.<br/ <br/ It also sort of pretends to be a convenience store, but it has a lot more floor space in the 'store ' section than it has product selection. It obviously does a lot more business as a restaurant.
Was lucky enough to see a sign for this restaurant while driving east towards Jackson. Everything about this place screams quality. The spare ribs were cooked to perfection... I would like to see more bark/dry rub (my only complaint) the spices that they use on their sides is whatmakes this place truly unique. Best home fries I've ever had, baked beans were balenced well with a good sweet and a lil bit of spice and good vinegar/peppery coleslaw. The only have one bbq sauce, but that to is a unique blend. Slightly spicy with a vinager cick. Can't wait to go back!
