Mcdonald's - Jackson

This McDonald’s is terrible. Went through the drive-thru ordered and when I handed the lady my debit card she snatched it and didn’t say anything just shut the door on me (mind you this was the manager) and then the same when the other lady gave us our food. Get home and I open my mcChicken and they forgot the CHICKEN on my McChicken!! Called them back and they were rude when I told them about it. Terrible service.

Not sure management should stand in lobby and talk about employees. To other people (not sure who),Management should remember the way you treat your employees is important if you want them to do their best for you.Can't belittle or talk down to not nice.

Their service is a mixed of good and bad. And depending on who works there, you’ll be given what you ordered with respect. However, I recommend to always check your food before ALWAYS because they will refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

The food was ok, wasn't great but the service here was phenomenal! Good job Ms blonde manager!! Excellent way to teach multiple new folks at once!! Make them actually care!!Food: 4/5

Quality at this location has been shooting downward for months now. Seemingly not staffed enough...they have 2 drive-thru lines but only one person seems to work them anymore. Even at lunchtime, food tastes like they prepped it early and it has sat in a warmer. Expect to wait longer to order and for service than at other locations. Manners have gone out the window and friendly service has become mediocrity at best.
