I have big nasty, but someone forgot to engrave it. that should have been a red flag that would go south. because someone else worked with me, I was only in agreement with it. Well, I started eating at sandwich, tasted funny, so I didn't eat it all, instead of throwing it away, and ate my potato salad. not long after I started getting sick, I was 3 hours at work and tried not to throw. well low and I am home and it was as if the fluttore were opened, I was violently ill for 2 days with food poisoning. it was bad, I don't know what was not cooked directly or from the date, but someone could want to check their stock.
It took nearly 30 minutes to receive an order that I placed online. The food was fine but there were a lot of unhappy people there. This is not the first time this has happened.
The broccoli cheese soup was delicious but my club sandwich was dry. My carrot cake was too cold to eat.
It could have been better if the employees wore their masks appropriately, meaning covering their mouths and noses instead of wearing on their chins/ or not covering their noses.
I ordered online the harvest chicken salad, a McAlister’s club and a gallon of their delicious iced tea to be delivered. I received the salad and the sandwich but not the tea, however on my in person visit the manager took responsibility and gave me the tea that I had paid for online. This happened in November, I placed another online order on January 21, 2022 of a garden salad no croutons, McAlister’s King Club and Chicken and dumplings, again I received only two of the items. Each time I tried to contact this property and they would pick up the receiver and without saying a word hang up. The food is good but I think that for my online delivery orders I will try the County Line road store. This is a problem that can be easily solved by management communicating with the employees on what is and is not acceptable in the treatment of customers.
