Ironbark Brewing Company - Jackson

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotless. I ordered the ginger sizzle, which I absolutely loved—it was refreshing and unique. I also tried a pizza with salmon dip and bagel chips, and everything was delicious. The portion sizes were just right. I will definitely come back for more. I give this restaurant a five-star rating!

The beer and atmosphere here are fantastic, but recently the noise from both the bands and trivia night has become excessively loud. A few weeks ago, I noticed people were covering their ears, and some even resorted to using tissues to muffle the sound. We come to enjoy each other's company, but during these events, it’s virtually impossible to have a conversation without shouting.

I attended the Monster Box Theatre event and had a fantastic time. I tried two nitro stouts—peanut butter and cinnamon banana—and both were incredibly tasty. I’m looking forward to going back and might become a regular visitor!

Had a great time at the beer and bingo drag brunch, such a unique experience coupled with excellent beer and staff. Will always return!

I’m sorry, but not sorry at the same time. As much as I HATE writing negative reviews (and I write very few) since that’s what everyone else does most of the time, but I must join in this time around. I visited here last summer (2022) on a little self brew tour of Jackson and I have to say that although there are a few breweries I will be coming back to, this unfortunately is not one of them.I sat at the bar. There was only one other person there, another followed close to my departure. There was a fly buzzing around, but it was summer and the door was open, so there’s that. However, as I was trying the flight I ordered, I couldn’t help but notice this rather unpleasant smell. It was like that of urine in a public bathroom that had not been attended to in who knows how long. I also noticed that as my eyes wandered around the room , there were in fact flies (plural).I did not complain. I was friendly to the staff, and they were friendly to me as well. I paid for my flight and tipped rather well since A) I am not a rude person by nature, and B) I don’t know the source of the problem, then went on my way. It’s unfortunate because they have an area setup for bands which would provide for a cool atmosphere when you are in the mood to go out and catch some live music, but I just couldn’t get past this major turnoff.Fortunately for me this the first stop on my journey and not my last.
