The ambiance throughout the restaurant was very inviting, with excellent service and a cozy separate bar area. Don't hesitate to stop by for a craft cocktail or a romantic dinner. The hospitality was outstanding.

This restaurant is a wonderful place to dine! I absolutely love it. I have been there multiple times and each visit has been fantastic. They offer some unique flavor combinations and preparation methods that set them apart from other restaurants. I am shocked by the negative reviews because I will definitely be returning!

Sorry to inform you Jacksonians but THE CHANDELIER CAFE is far from fine dining. After moving to Jackson we couldn't wait to explore the culinary scene of Jackson. The restaurant is located in a shoddy, worn down home converted into a commercial space. There is nothing inviting about its exterior and when you enter you quickly discover that there are other businesses that occupy the same residence. The decor is lacking in decor. There is nothing inviting about miss matched cheap junk. Tacky Chic does not scream fine dining. Our service was nothing special, our server was dressed in a unpressed plaid shirt which doesn't tell me that I am in a fine dining restaurant. She did her job and nothing more. The food was mediocre at best. My dining companion and I ordered the Cinnamon-Apple Waffle Smoked Fried Chicken $15. Seemed like a fair price, right? Not if the waffle does not hold up to the syrup and becomes a soggy, mushy mess and the smoked fried chicken (which sounds delicious) had an overwhelmed jumbled fried smokiness. I suspect that they used liquid smoke to achieve the flavor. This was not a good match. My spouse and our other friend ordered the Grilled American Cut Pork Chop with Red potato pepper hash. They stated that is was OK not good just OK Too many peppers which tasted more like fried potatoes with peppers and not hash. I genuinely am uncertain as to whether I will return. This is not my standard of fine dining and am disappointed if this is the best that Jackson has to offer. Fine dining is not determined by price. I expect more.

My wife knows how to find the diamonds in the rough. Takes a short drive off i40 but well worth it. Cornbread with pork belly is excellent. Arugula salad with fig pecans and pecorino cheese was flavorful. Teres major (beef) very tender and popcorn crusted catfish was unique. Great dinner. Couldn’t partake of the bourbons cause I’m driving for two more hours but they have all the great small batch favorites. We will be back when coming through Jackson TN T3
