Hatch Taqueria And Tequila - Jackson

We visited in mid-December for lunch mid-week and there were only a couple of other people there. The server was knowledgeable about what items on the menu could be made vegan (none were without modifications). I ended up getting the burrito bowl and it was very tasty. They subbed the salsa for the queso for me. I agree with others that it is pricey, but hey, it's Jackson Hole. What do you expect?

The vegan food options at this restaurant are fantastic. I ordered the portabella mushroom tacos and my husband had the cauliflower tacos, both of which we absolutely loved. The dishes were filled with flavor and presented beautifully. The chips and salsa were also delicious, with the salsa being particularly impressive in terms of taste and spiciness. Unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by long wait times for our food, drink refills, and the check. We ended up spending 2.5 hours at the restaurant, going through three baskets of chips and salsa before our meals arrived. Despite the wait, we plan to return due to the limited vegan options in Jackson and the excellent quality of the food. Just be prepared for a lengthy wait if you decide to dine here.

Not many vegan options but I enjoyed the mushroom tacos not the best tacos I've ever had, but a decent vegan meal which is hard to come by in this town and Yellowstone. Cocktails are amazing!!!!!! Mango and huckleberry margarita were yum! Salsa was delicious too guac was ok. Overall, good hearty meal after eating lots of bland vegan meals throughout Yellowstone. Staff is super duper nice!!!!! Long wait time so make reservations in advance!
