Domino's Pizza - Jackson

Close to our motel, this place offers delicious pizza. I really appreciate the $6.99 deals!

I usually have a good experiences but I went in to pick up my order and the guy had me sign the receipt. I didn’t tip. I was picking up my own food and I’m not sitting down and being served. The guy at the counter crumbled the receipt up as soon as he saw I did not tip. Guilt tipping for fast food at its finest.

In Jackson for vacation wanting some local pizza delivered to hotel. Called 2 different restaurants and they were a no go. Resorted to ordering from Dominos and was amazed at the ease of ordering, the pizza was hot and very tasty, and was delivered very quickly. Thank you Dominos of Jackson. I'll be back!

Usually, it's pretty good service. Tonight, I heard the dominoes drivers music before they were in front of my apartment. Then we went to eat the pizza and they didn't even cut the pizza. The young lady that answered when i called the store was nice and apologized,

When I went to the table, I noticed that the total should have been around $35, but we were charged $55. My wife inquired about the discrepancy. A different employee, who was quite rude, responded. When we asked him if the charge was correct, he insisted that it was based on the specialty pizzas. We explained that we hadn't ordered those, but he insisted we did and asked us to leave. He refunded our money to the card and stated he wouldn't serve us anymore. This was the worst experience we've ever had with a staff member and the service overall. I recommend being cautious and checking your bills when dining here.
