Domino's Pizza - Jackson

My delivery driver was incredibly rude. I had $6. when I was a shipper who made me very happy.

Ordered my food 2 hours or so before they closed. Ordered just a free pizza with my rewards and 16 piece bread bites. Got no email, no call, nothing and for some reason they cancelled my order... Didn't put a tip on the card I payed with, but had a fat wad of cash for the driver, but they missed out on that. Either way, I'm upset with the Francis st store in Jackson it's always cold, and most of the time they forget stuff. I just enjoy the ingredients so much I order. This one was unacceptable. Do better.

Ordered online several hours ahead of delivery time. Signed up for text alert when pizza was four minutes out (no text received). Order included a pepperoni pizza...I think there's pepperoni under all this burnt cheese. Order arrived 15 minutes after requested delivery time.

Dominos has the absolute worst customer service. My wife and I had a long day with our newborn and decided to order Dominos cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and an order of Chicken Wings. We waited more than TWO HOURS. I attempted to contact the local store in Jackson on MLK Boulevard, but they never answer their phone. After finally receiving our order, the store had also gotten it wrong and given us NO SAUCE on the pizza when we ordered extra! So two tired and hangry NEW parents made our own dinner that night after paying more than $40 to try and have an easy night. This was the second time they have given us no sauce when we ask for extra.I submitted a complaint and asked for a refund through the Dominos website.All I received was an apology email from someone named Crystal and they closed my case. Will NEVER buy dominos again. Terrible pizza and terrible service.

We hadn't been here before but I love the spinach bread and wanted others to try it. Also, the new dip was recommended. We waited in the lot for a while, it went well.beyond it's estimated time and never came out of bake status. They brought the wrong order once. Finally, the just showed up at the window. It wasn't after hot but decent and the dip was oily and not very dip-able...at least not for long. So a lot got thrown away/wasted in my opinion. It.maybe needed to be seasoned,.leas oily and spreadable/dip-able. I'd stick with picking up inside and the spinach bread, wouldn't get dip again.
