I've visited this restaurant many times and have always been impressed with the fantastic food and service. It was my wife’s first time here tonight, and her NY Strip was slightly undercooked. However, the manager handled the situation with utmost professionalism! They swiftly corrected the issue, and the steak ended up being delicious and perfectly cooked. The manager wanted to ensure my wife was satisfied (even though she was quite impressed) and returned to our table with a gift card. If only all restaurant managers responded like this when issues arise! They resolved the problem quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We'll definitely be back! Hats off to Char!

I love char! Everything is tasty and hot. I had the cowboy ribeye with broccoli cheese. The best meal ever! I added an extra side which was creamed spinach. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
