Casey's - Jackson

Casey’s brags about their pizza and it’s a great pizza. If they don’t order at 4:30 o’clock when they make pizza, there’s an hour or more waiting. we can't always order pizza at 4:30. Why can't they just hire more people to satisfy their customers? we usually call caseys first, are rejected and then order pizza inn. I wish pizza inn would deliver. we'd call her every time.

This store used to be a great store. I went in Tuesday around 1 and I was disgusted by what I saw. 2 ladies in the office one I have seen a lot and believe she maybe the gm or higher up. The other one is a new lady and they were just talking and laughing. The poor man at the register had a line and no help. People were getting very agitated the sliced pizza heater had 1 nasty beef or sausage pizza in it. Looked to be a few hrs old. The blonde in the kitchen was cutting up the pizza so I waited. Big mistake she had keys hanging from her neck getting into the food (which didn?t realize it was getting in the food) when I got my pepperoni slice it had a hair in it Seems lately the gm is to lazy to do anything about her/his store. Surprised health department isn?t shutting them down. Taking my business to Jackson store from now on.

This place has gone downhill as of late. The service is slow and there is barely pizzas in the warmer if there is it?s old. The restrooms have been filthy. I ordered delivery last night and it took almost 2 hours to arrive and they forgot my breadsticks and soda. I will be choosing a different Casey?s from now on.

They always run out of stuff but the boss is back so hoping that will no longer be an issue. Most employees are friendly minus the jersey shore wannabe who flirts with my teenage daughter. Wish they had garlic butter. Usually the cheapest gas in the area.

Store has gone downhill as of late. Evening employees are very loud. The assistant manager makes me feel uncomfortable, he flirts with any female that walks in there and flirted with me in front of my husband. Store hasn?t been very clean. Bunch of druggies work there. The turn over rate is horrible. Finding a new convenience store.
