Mangy Moose and Saloon - Jackson Hole

Not a great experience. Server was absent most of the meal. Kids ordered sodas and never got them. Our appetizer arrived to the table after our main entree. Better places to go in Teton Village.

The service was terrible because they are understaffed. Out of prime rib. And food was cold when it arrived. Ordered a bottle of wine and it never came. Very cool vibe but disappointing overall.

Went to Mangy Moose twice during our stay and both times, we were very pleased with the food and service! Spicy margaritas were a big hit!!

Good place for a family dinner. not too expensive for teton village.

The mangy moose is the iconic bar and restaurant in teton village. when they are in the village, they go to the moose! we had a table next to the window and fireplace and saw how the snow came down. the service was absolutely great with petco as our server; his recommendations were in front of place. it makes fun, some of the wild game dishes such as elk stroganoff (delicious,) elk / bison fleischloaf and bison carpaccio (fantastic.) very good wine selection, cocktails and bier. turned off or dinner with chocolate cake.
