El Palacio De Los Cholados

Terrible. I used to go to this place years ago and it was the BEST. But I stopped going here after they raised the price of the cholados, and it just doesn’t taste the same. Literally ice and condensed milk, and the little fruit they put taste bland/probably frozen not fresh.

What rich cholados. I come every weekend from brooklyn for my sweetheart and they never disappoint. Very rich cholados and excellent service Recommended

I think they changed the owner or something because they don't taste the same as before... the yellow milk is horrible, the fruits are very soaked... it totally doesn't taste the same as before... it doesn't taste like anything, just bad condensed milk and of poor quality. I give it a 0

I don't think this can be called cool, I paid $10 USD for ice, condensed milk, coconut and two fruits. It is losing money. It's not even shaved ice because it has no flavor, it's just ice with condensed milk. It is incredibly full of people buying.

Gentlemen owners what is happening with this business? If I pay for something, it is so that they give me what I asked for, not what the workers want to put on me.Yesterday I asked for 2 cholados and the worker told me that the cholados brought banana, strawberry, papaya, pineapple and kiwi, but when they gave me the 2 cholados it was only one filled with only pineapple and condensed milk and the second was pineapple and strawberry... but how do I go back to complain when I'm 20 minutes from the place. I come from the long islands to try cholados and they come up with these misfortunes. They should be more serious and more responsible with the clients than we are. The worst of all this is that the cholado was the cravings of my pregnant wife.Hopefully they can fix this problem.
