Taco Bell - Jackson County

Food hasn't been great past few times I got it. Couple times my food was burnt. Often theyre missing or out of ingredients, sometimes multiple ingredients. 2 Times I've heard cursing thru the drive thru speaker on evenings. One of their crew outside laying on sidewalk blocking walkway. Just very unprofessional. One girl told me they were badly understaffed. So much needs fixed.

When I got home and opened my taco I was so disappointed. I'm used to getting some pretty rough tacos. I know the person that made it was just outside the back door and he had to run back in and rush it. But this specific taco was no taco at all. It was not even half a crumbed tortilla covered in taco guts. The rest of my order was normal garbage but to take my money and then service me something that should have been thrown in the waste is disrespectful. When I took my order back to the store the old lady on the headset was very rude like it was my fault and it would be so hard to replace it. I don't know who the manager was, no one had a name tag on but a gentleman named Kyler came to the window, apologized, and fixed my order. I will eat here again because it's Taco Bell but I will also come back if you take my money and not give me what I pay for. It's not cool

They can't seem to get your oder right. Then I ordered Chili cheese burritos they are almost $4 and all you get is burrito shell with a teaspoon of chili on it.

Terrible food today at this toco bell ,food was cold, meat was watered down so bad will not go back !!!

They were ok I guess they got the order right I was surprised ?
