Bright Star Bakery - Jackson County

We absolutely love everything we have tasted from this amazing bakery. Their variety cannot be beat. We load up on their cookies every time we come to town. Don't hesitate to order extra as they freeze wonderfully. If you have a special occasion or just want a little something special, their cookie cake is truly amazing!!! Highly, highly recommend!

Hands down, the best gluten free cookies!! I LOVE the chocolate chip cookie with sea salt flakes! It's always a little pick me up. Even my non gluten free friends agree it's probably the best cookie ever eaten. It makes me happy to see them in so many stores that I love!

I’m obsessed!! I have absolutely NO dietary restrictions (gluten free/ dairy free etc), and I’d still rather eat their stuff than anything else. I search for these baked goods every time I go to a market or craft fair in southern OR.Their savory stuff scones etc, are absolutely amazing, and necessary when buying a hundred cookies which I always do. The sandwich cookies are best but everything is killer ????

Simply the best gluten free bakery I’ve tried. Better than bakeries with gluten. The flavors are just amazing and there is clearly a lot of intention in the baking ingredient choice. Highly recommend ordering something or finding them at the farmers market.

I don’t know what wizardry Laura has to make a GF V cookie so damn good, but she is clearly channeling the divine to make these. 11/10 for deliciousness, creativity, and curb appeal. So glad i found these babies
