Chili's Grill - Jacinto City

The waitress was polite, unfortunately that is where the compliments end. Food was nasty and very greasy. Tasted like they were using old oil. It was saturated and undercooked (big bites, fried pickles and fried cheese) switch back to the cheese sticks, these squares are trash. Silverware was dirty. I mentioned the undercooked, was asked if I wanted something else. It’s sad because I eat at other chilis and they are great. Stay away from this place, it’s disgusting. Was my third time there and it continues to get worse.

This place has changed! Great food and perfect customer service! I was shocked on how good everything was going. I highly recommend you try. They didn’t disappoint and I’m glad they have new staff.

The Atmosphere was very nice, the food was absolutely delicious and the mac and cheese was bomb.. The service was a bit slow but progressive..

The food was okay the chicken a little dry but overall it was edible and the plate seemed a bit dirty . Or poorly plated, the waitress seemed nice but they give you the food when they are ready , they don’t bring the checks until they noticed you’ve called them more then several times . After the 20 minute wait and the faces of a few employees I finally received my receipt only to pay and they give me the wrong change. By almost 20 dollars .. yes no tip .. tips are based on service and overall experience … first and last experience at chilis .

Always a dependable spot for family get-togethers. Good food and drink selections, and the pricing is reasonable for satisfying portions. This Chili's location, while seemingly a bit understaffed during peak hours, never has a long wait time (even for moderately large groups of 8 to 12 people). Service time upon being seated, even for a pair on date night, has typically been slower than desired. However, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and accommodating even of those with multi-substitute orders. I have been a patron for 8 or so years and will definitely continue to be.
