Zamna - Izamal

Wow! we had such an incredible culinary experience in this restaurant. everyone goes over the kinich restaurant, but to be honest zamna exceeded our expectations. we had the queso relleno and tzic de venado and both plates were exquisite. the place has a really nice ambiente and service was also good. overall we recommend you to go to this restaurant when they are in izamal, better prices, less busy and less touristy.

We came quite late and close to the closing time, after one of these storms, but we were received with care and attention. it was cocktails and eating was very, very nice and delivered quickly. we were the only ones in the restaurant and even the music was switched on for us.

Had here the appetizer and sopa de lima. everything was excellent. great service and better eating. ladies outside make tortillas by hand. beautiful atmosphere. highly recommended to stop in this beautiful city.

El servicio es amable y la comida es aceptable, pero la verdad en cuestión de antojitos se come mejor en el mercado. Fuimos a cenar y quisimos sentarnos en el área techada donde en fotos habíamos visto que es bastante bonito por la decoración, pero nos dijeron que sólo estaban dando servicio en el área de palapa, la razón no me la dieron pero me pregunto, por qué desde la calle había acceso a esa área donde no nos dejaron estar, y además había mesas y sillas??? Por fuera el restaurante es bonito y nos hubiera encantado conocerlo por dentro pero no nos lo permitieron y no nos dieron explicación alguna.
