El Tiburón De La Costa - Ixtapa

Standard Mexican food is good here. We had a ldelicious shrimp quesadilla. Husbie enjoyed a cheeseburger the second time we came. French fries were nicely done. The stuffed shrimp off the chef specialties was ahhh heaven! Friendly staff, and a nice pour of Sauvignon! Mi gusts!

We went on the hunt for this place as it was recommended by at least 3 different people. The place is a little hard to find but once you get there prepare yourself to be delighted. Food is amazing I went for the kill and got the lobster al ajillo DELISH....we got there kinda of late (almost closing time) but the staff never hesitated in serving us like it was noon. After dinner the guy in charge of the place came to our table and we started a long talk about his history and the reason why we were visiting Ixtapa, he recommended places to visit and things to do (the kindest people ever)I will come back to this place before I leave. What a fabulous and unexpected evening here at Tiburon... Francisco our waiter was absolutely delightful and the service was great the surf and turf unimaginably good... the filet of mahi muniere perfection...Wonderful surprise- do not miss this lovely restaurant Tucktaway in the Ixtapa Palace! Treat yourself to the banana split it'll take about 40 years!
