Superb restaurant! The menu is provided and the dishes are a real delight, very high quality. The cooks and waiters are very welcoming and good advice for those who seek guidance. The setting is pleasant and the possibility to be attacked at the counter in front of the cooks makes your meal a unique experience! We're looking forward to going back!

In a “real” Japanese restaurant, I like to sit at the counter, this is where you will have the most beautiful view of the preparation of your dishes and you can admire the dexterity of the master sushi. The thing that surprised me most at Nonbe Daigaku restaurant, unlike most Japanese restaurants, is that the chef talks to you: . We are so not accustomed at all to the fact that the sushi masters make us a bit of a chat, but it’s so nice to have all the answers to our many questions, the ones we usually don’t dare ask for fear of froing customs. At Nonbe Daigaku restaurant, the chef is kind (rare, smiling) We chose to start a 6-piece sushi menu and a tempura gambas menu, served with a small salad and miso soup, all at 18€ the menu.
