Simeon's American Bistro - Ithaca

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and I must say, the place is quite lovely! The food was good, although it could have been a bit better. We ordered the arancini balls for our appetizer, but a few of them were cold in the center. She ordered the salmon, which turned out to be slightly overcooked and dry. We also got a salad with added shrimp, but unfortunately, the shrimp was similarly overcooked and dry. On the bright side, I ordered the steak, and it was absolutely perfect—cooked just right and very delicious. The service was great overall, but there was a small hiccup when the waitress took our napkins and utensils from the appetizer and salad without bringing us new ones. I ended up having to grab some from a nearby table. Aside from that, I would definitely be willing to give it another try!

The food was excellent, although the fries could use some improvement. The staff was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food and service were excellent. It's a bit more upscale compared to many other restaurants in The Commons.

Good , the bad, and the ugly Mussels 9/10 Chicken 0 Pasta 7/10 Chicken 2/10, taste was hard and tough with no flavour. Ahi Tuna Sandwich with greens Sandwich 5/10 . Sauce qnd bread broke the Sandwich down, decent flavour. Overall , my opinion is food is below average and poor value for money.

Horrible service, lobster and salmon was shamefully dry.
