Rogan's Corner - Ithaca

Horrible service, really skimming in quality and portions. got a BLT sub with only one slice of bacon on each half like wtf?!?!

Rogan's Corner was one of the first pizzerias in the country to recycle. They did it 30 years ago. That's really great. Plus, the pizza is good.

I just left this place. Usually, it 's a convenient place to fill up on lunch or dinner, as I work nearby. However, today was just a mess. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with white American cheese, etc and an order of cheese curds. I had seen the person in the back pull some pre-cooked chicken from a fridge, so I was very surprised that, 20 minutes later I was still waiting for my food. The counter girl went in the back and handed a gentleman who ordered after me a sandwich and he left. The manager then yelled at the counter girl, saying you need to make sure orders are complete before serving them! Before running outside after the man. The girl at the front counter turned to me and said they 're just bagging up your sandwich now. The manager then came back in and handed me my sandwich. She said, that other guy didn 't touch it. I was so incredibly astonished and took my sandwich and left. Advice to the staff: ADMIT when you make a mistake and DO NOT lie to your customers. I took one look at my sandwich, and immediately threw it out. Not only was it incorrect, but there was barely any chicken, and it had literally been in someone else 's hands before mine. Disgusting.

I promise you they will forget anything you order and you'll have to go up to them a second time to ask them to cook your food. Minimum wait time for anything other than pizza is like 20-30 minutes

Ordered a calzone on my lunch break. Pick up time was 12:42, I got there at 12:43. Rushed back to work and went to eat it, it was cold, soggy, no marinara sauce. The mushrooms tasted like peppers, some type of weird sauce on the inside. Never again!
