Meraki - Istro

This authentic restaurant MeRaki has got beautiful food. It doesn't shout out loudly how good it is like some more touristy tavernas. It doesn't need it because greek and local people know how good it is. Later in the evening it gets quite bussy. You just have to believe it and go there. If you love Greece you won't be dissapointed. Everything is fresh and verry tasty. You wo'nt forget it. The desert is our favourit. The restaurant has a wonderful cook and the hostess is friendly and welcoming. We're going to try all meals on the menu.Enjoy!

I have been going to this particular restaurant for many years, often 2 or 3 times per week, depending upon which part of Crete I am in.. Great food, daily specials Fantastic atmosphere and great staff.. Best fish and chips in Crete.. Lovely place to meet.. Great stuff guys keep it up..

Staff and food fantastic. Really nice overall vibe to the restaurant. Limited menu but items served cooked Go perfection. Dakos and Bream highly highly recommended.

The food is delicious, the staff are so friendly and we eat here regularly for the last 3 years. This restaurant is one of my favourites and I highly recommend it to all. Great for couples and families alike.
