Varuna Gezgin - Istanbul

There is a vegan mushroom pack that is good, but it needed a kind of ease. the oyster mushrooms are sharp, so maybe some avocado or tofu would have been a great way to break the package. it also comes with chips that were a necessary lead. great mood and there are many seats available.

Atmosphere is great: decor, friendly staff, different rooms to choose (some open air). eat well, drink or work. Eat: I always enjoy the vegan kokoreç (they even offer a rack of sauces!, and the vegan cake was also good. there is also a sweetburger, not sure whether it could be made vegan.

Has a lot of character and is a good place for backpackers and young people. menu has a lot of drinks to choose, but when it comes to vegan options, they need to be for a small part of falafel and salat.

This is my first review, so I don't know if I'm English or Turkish, but alas-so Varuna gezgin... I have to start by saying that as little as the vegan options were that they had were delicious. I had used the Vegan kokoreç, the oyster mushrooms as a substitute for meat and it was perfectly seasoned while not too heavy. Updated by previous rating on 2023-05-05
