City Lights - Istanbul

We had very high expectations of this place. The view is fantastic, but ... the food was at least average for a place like this, with prices like this.... There is an extra 10% charge in the total amount of the bill, which is service charge, that was an outrageous amount, for a below average service! This Intercontinental rooftop has nothing to do with other 5* hotels' rooftops, except for the magnificent 180 degrees view.

Best restaurant to watch the City lights and have a good cocktail. I go every time I travel to Istanbul.
