Just Poké Redmond - Issaquah

First time trying this a month ago. Fell in love. I buy from here at least once a week. The food and ingredients are so fresh and delicious. The service is great as well. Definitely a place I will continue coming to on a regular basis

What a great place to come and get Poke. Ample parking free btw and also the staff is very friendly also. The fish and seafood here is very fresh when I visit. Also the options that's available is plenty and the sauces citrus ponzu mmm it's zesty and salty which is perfect for the seafood . The Hawaiian juices that's available here complements the poke perfectly as well.

I spent close to $25 for 1 meal for one person but that's not the worst part.   I asked several questions because I've never had poke before and I was ignored by all 3 people working behind the counter on 10/16 at 2:45pm at tge Issaquah location.  They seemed irritated that I even came in to begin with.   I understand that the story short handed at the moment however it's completely understandable if the other people working there treat people that poorly. I am also in customer service and we are also shorthanded but I would never treat somebody that way. I felt stupid leaving a tip for the lack of customer service that I got but I felt obligated to because the no tip button didn't work (ironic).

I'm not sure if it was the manager or the most experienced employee, but the guy was pretty short to other staff members that were new. Instead of helping them understand the priority of tasks how to do it well, he made condescending remarks towards them. One of the newer employers wasn't sure of a step in preparing my meal but looked too timid to ask him for help. The wait speed of my order was a bit long, but it's also understandable. The food tasted great, but there may have been a food temperature problem as I got mildly sick after eating here. I can't say for certain that it was here, but it is highly likely.

The service was very fast and the food was pretty reasonably priced. My main complaint is that the rice is way to hot and was under seasoned. They using piping hot rice directly out of the rice cooker, which I'm not a fan of.
