Enzo's Bistro And Issaquah

I will speak to my experience. I needed to get some Tiramisu for my wedding anniversary as a surprise for my Wife. I was drawing up a blank as to where to locate the desert. After a long search, I checked out Enzo's online menu and saw they had what I needed. I went to Enzo's between the lunch and dinner hours and was immediately greeted at the door, good start. I ordered two slices and was surprised when I saw the bill did not match the price posted on their web page. The waiter checked with the Manager who came out and apologized and without me having to ask he honored the lower price. When the manager rang the bill back up, the system failed to add the tax, the Manager told me not to worry about it, Enzo's would cover the tax. You can read this review and think that I had a great customer experience and you would be correct. Enzo's made everything right and I didn't even have to ask. But the best part of my experience was, that the Manager explained proudly that they made their Tiramisu from scratch daily, and you could tell. The dessert was simply delicious, it was perfect and my Wife loved it who is very picky about her Tiramisu. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice and quiet, wood paneling was appealing. The staff was attentive and made sure I had a great customer experience. I suggest that if nothing else stop by for some desert and drinks, and if you want try the food, I am sure it is great if the service is any indication.

We have been going to Issaquah Enzo Restaurants and the is always excellent. But today 10/13/2023, our food was probably one of the worst. Sorry, I ordered the linguini mare,and it was very, very salty. I eaten some, my partner ordered the chicken parmesan and it was dried out, we think it was microwave dinner. Honestly, it was bad. We did not complain about our food because, we always had better experiences. Not sure what happened tonight. It was very disappointing dinner. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I ve been going there since it's opened usually can find an open table at the bar. Always delicious. Drinks are yummy as well. Laid back but smart decor. Recommend if you're in the mood for Italian.
