The best!! Sana made my ice cream, best i’ve ever had it, such a nice worker! Best staff!

Went on 4/21 and the staff were so kind and the ice cream was delicious!

I should start heading to Fredmeyer freezer section now onwards. For the price that is paid, the staff hardly paid attention to even barely reach the cup level and the items were just slapped together without any mix.During Covid times, I was ok with that service as I was grateful to even be able to visit. But now, after things are back to normal, this is not acceptable.You come here to feel good, not feel like getting ripped off.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this ice cream. The variety of flavors they offered was incredible, and I decided to try their lucky charm and coconut ice creams. I must say, it was a delightful combination!The lucky charm ice cream had a creamy and smooth texture, with a burst of flavors from the cereal pieces mixed in. It brought back childhood memories of enjoying a bowl of lucky charms for breakfast. The coconut ice cream, on the other hand, had a rich and tropical taste that was truly refreshing. The real coconut flakes added a nice crunch to each spoonful.What impressed me the most was the quality of the ice cream. Cold stone uses only the finest ingredients, resulting in a superior taste and texture. The ice cream was perfectly balanced, not too sweet but still indulgent enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.The ambiance of the place was also lovely. The cozy seating area and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff members were knowledgeable about the different flavors and were happy to offer recommendations.Overall, my visit here was a delightful experience. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to one of your locations that has left me with a less than satisfactory experience.On February 10th at the Cold Stone Creamery, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves to some delicious ice cream. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a series of issues that significantly diminished our enjoyment of the outing.The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, and the overall hygiene of the seating area was questionable. It took an unreasonably long time for us to be acknowledged, and when we finally placed our orders, it felt as though we were inconveniencing the employees. I don't even think the staff were above the age of 7. Furthermore, the ice cream was mid.However, one of the staff members, who I believe was Darsh Paul, loaned me $100,000 and let me borrow his Porsche 911. For this reason, I would definitely come back to this Cold Stone Creamery again.
