The menu is more extensive than other takeaway competitors with some more interesting dishes such as the pork and chicken bao and pork and goji berry dumplings. Average takeaway prices but better quality food, Zing Zing is recommended.

I ordered a vegan dish due to allergens and it arrived full of egg, despite it being one of their vegan' recipes and not having any egg listed in their allergens. I called customer service to have another sent out but he forgot' to follow up or call be back, so I called the branch manager who was incredibly rude. He said I was mistaken, he cooked it and there was no egg in it. So I left the comfort of my home where I was caring for my partner, and went to show him all the egg. Not being able to say I was wrong anymore, he resorted to saying there were other meat/egg dishes in my order (my partner has a different diet) so how were they to know not to put egg in the (EGG FREE) dish. He also said that although he apologised, it was my fault for not saying I had an allergen. I am still reeling from his disgusting attitude. By the time I got home with the new dish, everything else was cold. I called customer service again to complain and they apologised for forgetting to call me back and offered me a refund but with no confirmation or explanation of how this will be escalated. Such a shame as they have decent food with a good choice of vegan options and no MSG, but apparently you can't trust that any of their dishes contain the allergens or ingredients that they say they have. Good brand but HORRENDOUS branch and AWFUL customer service. Shot in the dark as to whether you'll receive what you ordered- my neighbours have also frequently received the wrong dishes.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Simple, funny, comfortable. pork goji dumplings are great, pad thai is average. as a take-away restaurant makes definitiw his job. also high-quality packaging are noticeable.
