The dining area appeared spacious and airy, though it felt a bit cramped as more diners arrived. The service was good, but some utensils were not entirely clean. My roast pork with trimmings was delicious and served in generous portions. The stuffing, potatoes, and burnt apple sauce were tasty accompaniments, although the crackling was a bit tough. My son shared a similar opinion about the pork, while my wife found her chicken to be dry and lacking in flavor. The prices, considering we were in London, were reasonable. Despite some minor issues, we were pleased with our meal at W B Yeats and would recommend it to others for Sunday lunch.
The best Sunday roast in London can be found at this restaurant. The potatoes are amazing, the Yorkshire puddings are exceptional, the vegetables are cooked perfectly, the portions are plentiful, the staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is top-notch. I will definitely be returning soon for another delicious meal.
Here friends met for lunch, who live locally and really like it. the interieur is pleasant and welcoming and dog-friendly, which is great. the Starter menu is somewhat limited for Sunday dinner, the Brat menu has a larger choice with a vegetarian dish, a huh to share, bark meat, pigeons and stuffed cath of rabbits. I decided for the latter, unfortunately it was stuffed with only the false, straight up and very raw (the heart was ****, I did not eat particularly raw, so that the whole filling left on the plate. the flesh itself was ok, not dry and aromatized by the sink that wraps the frying but on places, undercooked for my taste, which is a shame. the yorkshire pudding was very good and very fluffy, and the white cauliflower with seeds that came with it delicious. my friends bark meat and pig bell looked good. we shared a tart tea that had a good taste, but the apples were pretty thick cut, and an incredible nuts chocolate brownie, I would be back only for the brownie!
