Everything you need from a local Indian restaurant. Usual selection of dishes with some specialities. Reasonably priced, well cooked food with a good amount of meat in their dishes. Decent delivery service too

I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say, the food is excellent. My son and I both agree that it is the best Indian restaurant in the area. We have had a few deliveries recently and they have always been on time, perfect, and delicious. It is better than some of the more expensive restaurants and offers reasonable prices. I would highly recommend giving it a try! The service is excellent as well. Our favorite dishes include the Chicken curry, Cauliflower Bhaji, and Bombay Alhou (potatoes). The poppadoms and relishes are also amazing.

We love treating ourselves to a Taste of India it’s definitely our favourite curry in London. Whenever we’ve had people over we order take out from here and it never disappoints. Sometimes when it’s really busy delivery can take a little longer but it’s definitely always worth the wait!

We have been coming here for literally decades, the last few times the service and food has been getting slightly worse each time. The last straw was a group family meal out. The food literally took about 90 mins to come and when it arrived it was stone cold, not even slightly warm. We paid the bill but let the waiter know its the worst meal we've ever had and he just shrugged.. Not spending another penny here.

Just got home after having a lovely family meal in one of my favourite restaurants. The food is AMAZING!!! The restaurant is very welcoming and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They will always happily answer any questions about the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the seating is comfortable. The food arrives lovely and hot and is always freshly cooked. The service is great and the waiters are attentive but not overly. The poppadoms and dips are delicious too. The prices are just right and the portions are generous. I would definitely reccomend 'The taste of India ' to anyone that loves Indian food.
