Bank Of Friendship - Islington

This local pub used to be great, but since new ownership and the hipster crowd took over, it has lost its traditional charm and become just another trendy spot.

I'm not sure if words can truly capture how amazing this pub is, but I will try.

This is literally the cutest pub ever small and cosy drinks are not over priced and the music isn’t so loud you can’t hear your friends. Would recommend them investing in some new stools and some of the seats need reinforcement or refurbishment. 8/10

Stopped off on a wet and wintry Sunday afternoon to find Hygge Boogie in full swing. A hot gin punch by the fire with chilled out tunes was just the ticket to warm us up.

This authentic pub has a pleasant atmosphere with a garden for the summer and real fires and candles for the winter. They offer a great selection of well-maintained beers at reasonable prices.
