Subway - Isleta Pueblo

I've been going to this subway since they opened I usually go in and order 8 pieces of cheese because my young daughter loves it when I went on Tuesday 4/2/2024 @6:28pm to buy cheese the manager Lynn was very rude and refused to sell me cheese she was not professional at all even her employee told her they sold it to me be before and she made a comment that the employees are doing their job wrong by selling me cheese Lynn refused to give me the name of the store manager and didn't want to give me the number to the corporate office. I left and went to the subway in Rio Rancho the employees there where so kind and didn't hassle me for wanting to buy cheese. Lynn needs more training as a manager!

After waiting 20 minutes for the employee to make the 3 customers in front of us sandwiches we found out that the one single employee had 2 phone orders to fill and then it would be our turn to order. We asked the employee to get a message to the manager to have more assistance during supper hour and the employee replied that there were only 3 employees at that location. Another customer behind us felt that we were being rude to ask the employee to speak to his manager about getting more help. Since we had to be somewhere we left was very unfortunate I doubt we will be returning.

Food was okay but the customer service was terrible. I’ve never been to a subway where I wasn’t able to build my own sandwich. The lady taking the order would not let us order without picking a number from the menu even though none were what I wanted. “Build your own” is not a thing at this location. Will not be returning to this location again worst experience I’ve had coming to subway.

Second time I’ve showed up to this location and the employee locks the door right as I’m about to walk in. Mind you this is at least an hour and a half before the online times and the door says they are supposed to close. Either change your hours or fire the guy who goes to smoke in his vehicle and locks the door during business hours.

When I was stranded I stopped by to grab something to eat/drink and the manager helped with a cookie and an Uber to get home. (It was like 1½ miles away). There are a few great people left in this world that's for sure. Thank you for not judging me!!
