Hot mess is right! Great if you need your colon cleansed. The girl at the front was rude. The mac n cheese was trash and the greens had me and my boy in the bathroom all night. $48 for 2 little plates and it wasnt even that good. Plus an extra $5 worth of toilet paper.

Tasty food and reasonable price. Excellent BBQ pork sandwich and tasty skinny French fries!!??They serve only G-rated drinks, no beer or wine, maybe in the future they might add it.

Yo! The food I tried here is LEEEE-GIT!I’ve lived in Mississippi and Tennessee. This food is on par with delicious legit Southern food. Don’t let the outside and location fool ya. Don’t let the haters on the bad reviews fool ya either. The food was so delicious I wanted to cry tears of happiness.First the brisket was dope AF! Tender juicy! The best I’ve had! So delicious I’d mush a woman’s face that got I my way if she were blocking my path. It was definitely better than Rudy’s BBQ.Next was the fried catfish. Booooy….that catfish was ? legit Southern! My boy from Georgia has a family catfish recipe that has been passed down within his family and it’s the top tier the best. The catfish here is the same greatness. The catfish here is delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try the ribs and fried chicken.The southern fries okra were good, but they can’t top that brisket or fish!I really hope this place does well and can succeed. ABQ needs this place! It’s so hard to find delicious bbq/Southern food here. Food is wonderful! I have not had greens this good since my great grandma’s. The meat is tender, cooked to perfection. Everyone was friendly and the old school music is a great background to the setting.

Best Barbecue spot in Albuquerque! Delicious food for a great price. I had the Catfish, and it didn’t disappoint! Their take on the tartar sauce that comes with the catfish, is addicting. I got baked Mac N Cheese as my side, delicious. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family.
