The food at Consume was overly greasy, lacking in flavor and seasoning. Some of the tortillas were dried out and tough. However, the meat was good. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Absolutely delicious! The food was fantastic, and the gentleman serving us was incredibly kind and professional. I would definitely rate this a 10/10 and will surely come back again!

We've been looking for really good tacos until today. We heard this place has the best tacos in Albuquerque. And the reviews are RIGHT!!! Tacos is delicious has nice flavor and the meat is not overcooked. IT'S PERFECT! I'm coming here every weekend. I would recommend coming to this place It's very good.

The goat tacos where pretty good not sure if they where authentic as the cook hesitated when I asked for borrego he tried to get me to buy beef. Not enough to drop a star tacos where pretty good except the consome was literally all oil i could see the bottom of the cup, my coworker also got consome and hes had oil just at the surface and wasnt as bad as mine thats why Im dropping 1 star. Oh the food truck looks to be clean prices are not bad at all but in a sketchy area.
