Beachside Burgers - ISLE OF PALMS

This review is for a restaurant located at my workplace. I ordered the bacon burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The place was quite busy, so it took about 45 minutes for my order to arrive. When I initially placed my order, I was informed there were no fries available. However, I noticed that other tables had fries on their plates. When my order was served and I saw BBQ chips on my tray, I asked the server about the fries since we really wanted them, but I was told they were out. I pointed out that I could see fries on other trays. She went back to the kitchen and managed to bring me a large order of fries. I’m giving the restaurant four stars—three for the food and one for the excellent service I received from her, who really turned my experience around. The two-star rating is for the confusion with the ordering.

The food is good, and the views are even better. However, it's quite expensive for what you receive. A burger costs $15, and it doesn't even come with fries. Seriously? If you want fries, they’re an additional $5 for a small portion! Drinks are costly as well. I understand it's a resort, but my goodness!

This is a lovely place for a quick meal. It's conveniently situated by the pool with beautiful beach views. The food is quite affordable, and the drinks are good value for the price. I would definitely return!

The food wasn't good enough to justify spending over $60 for three people, especially since one of the meals was just a kids' meal.

Delicious food and an unparalleled atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
